The Selectmen's Records gathered by the Town and City Clerk office (24 linear feet) are divided into the following series: Accounts (.5 linear feet), Annual Reports, Boarding of Infants (1 linear foot), Correspondence (6 linear feet), Elections (7 linear feet), Fences (3.5 linear feet), Hartford Home (.5 linear feet), Overseers (3 linear feet), Records of the Board of Selectmen (. 5 linear feet), and Town Meetings (2 linear feet). Items are arranged chronologically within each series.
